Although engineered wood floors are considered stable, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products. We advise you to keep the ambiance where Sonoma Wood Floors are installed to be in consistent, stable conditions to minimize the affects of temperature and moisture change in the atmosphere. Please refer to NWFA recommendations for engineered wood flooring. Any modifications or alterations made to the planks post purchase are not recommended and will void the product warranty.

Selection of the color and character of wood should not be based on small swatches and showroom display samples only.  Though a showroom sample is representative, due to exposure to sunlight and in extreme cases being left out at jobsite where the sample has been loaned to client, a sample may change more than normal range. Also though care is taken to represent charater of Sonoma Wood Floor collection in the sample, at times due to variation of wood character in planks it may not be completely visible. Please request a recent sample or purchase a box for approval from current shipment.
